    Jason Bissell
    Chief Executive Officer

    Jason is the CEO at GainInsights. He drives GainInsights’ vision and its growth strategy globally. Jason firmly believes that interactions between humans and data have to be trusted, effortless and impactful to deliver real transformation for customers.

    Jason is passionate about building high performance teams that blend the potential of data and AI-led technologies with human creativity. As a former Senior Executive from Databricks, Jason brings more than two decades of successful hyper growth experience and has held APJ and international markets leadership roles with technology leaders such as Talend, Birst, Qlik and SAP; where his team's contribution to growth supported multi-billion dollar valuations.

    Sudhakar Balakrishnan
    Founder & Managing Director

    Sudhakar is the Founder and Managing Director at GainInsights. He oversees the company's business operations globally and is also responsible for conceptualizing & commercializing technology solutions across markets. Sudhakar is a combination of entrepreneur and engineer who has been building products and solutions for the last 25 years.

    His keen understanding of how data can be leveraged to solve real-world problems, the impact a culture of analytics can have on the bottom line and what it takes to succeed as a data-driven enterprise are instrumental in ensuring we are well-positioned for hyper growth and market leadership.

    Prior to GainInsights, Sudhakar held a variety of leadership roles spanning operations, engineering, solutioning & business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In his spare time, Sudhakar enjoys reading and analysing businesses that he can invest in.

    Venkata Ravada
    Data Science Practice Lead

    Venkata is the Lead of Data Science Practice at GainInsights. He comes with 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, MLOps, Project Management, Product Management, Product Development, Data Analysis, Data Management and Client Coordination. Thought leadership on implementation of Data Science for organizations.

    Experience in Handling structured and unstructured data, Supervised and Unsupervised Algorithms, RFM model, Optimization and Simulation, solving multi criteria decision making problems across Retail, FMCG, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Education and BFSI domains.

    Venkata holds a Certificate in Business Analytics from IIM-B, MBA in Marketing & Operations, B.Tech degree in Computers. In his spare time, he enjoys listening music and going for long drives.

    Mehul Desai
    Executive Director

    Mehul is an Executive Director at GainInsights. Based out of Mumbai, he manages the sales strategy for domestic and international business development for GainInsights. With over 20+ years in IT industry, 12 of which have been in the area of Business Intelligence and Analytics, Mehul has a deep understanding of BI & Analytics market in India and trends across various solutions.

    He has worked with major brands in the BI space including Business Objects, Qlik and SAS, and has helped them establish sales partnerships, channels and alliance across India. Mehul holds a B.E. in Electronics from Mumbai University.

    Rajesh Seshadri
    Managing Partner, North America

    Rajesh is the Managing Partner at GainInsights (North America). He is responsible for growth in the region and expansion to new territories. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Engineering and Business processes services, Rajesh has held leadership roles across multiple large organizations and industries.

    Prior to joining GainInsights, he has worked with HCL, Indecomm Global, Quest, Zenzar in the US as a Sales and Business Leader. Rajesh is based out of Palo Alto with his family and enjoys high-adrenaline league games, carnatic music and filter coffee - in equal measures.

    Aswathy Palakkal
    Senior Vice-President, Human Resources

    Aswathy is the Senior Vice-President, Human Resources at GainInsights. She has over 17 years of experience in managing the entire employee life cycle of human resource management. Aswathy has proven her expertise as a strong leader with interpersonal skills, adept in working at both; strategic and operational levels.

    Over the years, she has garnered crucial understanding of people and systems across businesses, working for the likes of Accenture, Sun Microsystems, IBM and Microsoft. Aswathy has partnered with multiple Business heads and spearheaded initiatives to improve people and processes effectively- from pioneering Leadership development interventions to developing succession planning methodologies that allow managers to align individual aspirations with the company’s vision. Aswathy is also a certified Behavioral Analyst and Sales Trainer from Predictive Index Worldwide (PI), a Boston –Massachusetts, USA.

    Sanjay Subramanyam
    Vice President, Sales – India

    Sanjay is the Vice President – Sales for India operations at GainInsights. He is responsible for driving sales across India for Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. In a career spanning over two decades, Sanjay comes with vast domain knowledge in the areas of Retail, Hospitality & Manufacturing.

    He has been instrumental in managing large projects both domestic and international in various technologies of Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics stack of products. During his career, he has been associated with various mid and large-sized organizations and has managed various key strategic accounts for them.

    Kaushik Nag
    Director, Business Excellence

    Kaushik is the Director, Business Excellence at GainInsights. He’s responsible for driving excellence in Delivery and Pre-sales across Business units. Kaushik has over 23 years of experience, of which 20 of them with Infosys where he has played leadership roles in Solution Delivery and Consulting across Financial Services, Telecom and Public Sector domains.

    Prior to joining GainInsights, he has managed large, complex projects and programs in various capacities at both client and offshore centers as a Delivery head Infosys. Kaushik holds a B.E. degree from BITS Pilani and a PGDM from IIM Bengaluru.

    Ram Kumar
    Director, Advanced Analytics

    A Mathematician at heart, an Econometrician by education and a Data Scientist by profession, Ram heads Advanced Analytics practice at GainInsights. Based out of Bengaluru, he is responsible for developing cutting edge ML & AI based products & solutions for our clients. Ram has over 13 years of experience in providing analytics-based consulting to some of the biggest brands in CPG, Retail & Insurance domains.

    Ram holds a Master’s degree in Economics. He is a big fan of Mark Knopfler & FC Barcelona. He loves playing sports and guitar in his free time.

    Santosh Tiwari
    Director, Solutions

    Santosh is the Director of Solutions and Head of Data Engineering Services at GainInsights. He is responsible for conceptualizing and driving go-to-market for data management solutions globally. Over the last 18 years, Santosh has led various engagements focused on AI/ML, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in large enterprises across industry domains.

    Prior to joining GainInsights, Santosh has led the Data Integration and Analytics practice at SAS, where he was responsible for driving growth in new markets. He’s passionate about launching and evangelizing products in the market and advising customers on their analytics strategies.

    Md. Nazeer Shaikh
    Regional Delivery Head

    Md.Nazeer comes with 18+ years' experience. He has worked in various capacities like business development, Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager, Practice Lead during his career and has customer centric Mindset.

    He has worked in both Non-IT and IT industries which makes him to understand the customer expectations and deliver the expectations.

    Eshvanth Singh
    Practice Head, BI

    Eshvanth is the Practice Head, Business Intelligence at GainInsights. He brings over 21 years of experience leading ERP, Data and Analytics teams across technologies, including 6 years of industry experience. His forte has been customer relationship and innovation in the areas of business process automation and analytics in Retail and Distribution domains.

    Eshvanth has handled critical analytics assignments and has been instrumental in bootstrapping the Practice at GainInsights. He lives in Chennai with his family and in his spare time indulges in chettinad food, cars and travel.

    Sajjad Syed
    Regional Manager, Sales - Canada

    Sajjad leads sales for GainInsights in Canada. He’s responsible for new customer acquisitions and business development in the region. Sajjad holds a B.E. from Osmania University and Masters from Heriot-Watt University.

    Hussain Jamani
    Regional Manager, Sales

    Hussain leads sales for GainInsights. He’s responsible for customer acquisitions, account development and partner management in the region. Hussain has over 12 years of experience in various Sales and Business Development roles in the BI and Analytics space.

    Srividya Gopakumar
    Head, Human Resources

    Leads the Employee Success initiatives at GainInsights. An experienced HR leader who is passionate about growth and strives to align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and development.

    Previously, had the opportunity of associating with some wonderful, learning organisations during the career span of more than a decade with exposure in the areas of Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Process Improvement and L & D.

    Evan Kapaun
    Client Partner, North America

    Evan is a Client Partner at GainInsights, managing the West region. With over ten years of experience in analytics, spanning professional services, presales and sales, he specializes in digital transformation for business intelligence and AI/ML products. His approach is customer and outcome-focused, aimed at minimizing friction and promoting successful technology adoption.

    Evan is based out of Denver, Colorado. He holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and a recent Fellowship in Applied Climate Solutions. His love for the mountains and exploration fuels his passion to continuously adapt, grow, and learn from others.

    Sankarshana Nagarajan
    Product Manager

    Sankarshana brings over 14 years of experience working in large accounts and SaaS teams, where he was instrumental in scaling the business from inception. He’s based in Bangalore and has dabbled in creative pursuits as an extended hobby reviously, had the opportunity of associating with some wonderful, learning organisations during the career span of more than a decade with exposure in the areas of Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Process Improvement and L & D.

    Kevin Michael Smith
    Chief Marketing Officer

    Kevin is a product marketer at heart and loves telling the story of how analytics improve businesses and ultimately people’s lives. As a former analytics buyer himself, he’s able to translate his own experiences into messaging to which other buyers can relate.

    He has led teams at analytics firms like Incorta, GoodData, and Birst and most recently had his own consulting practice for the product marketing of analytics platforms.

    An avid photographer (mostly sports, these days), Kevin enjoys hiking in the mountains of Colorado, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

    Sharon Ann White
    Customer Success

    Sharon comes with over 20 years’ business intelligence and analytics experience and involvement in 100’s of successful implementations (Europe & Australia). Delivery of strategic analytic roadmaps to major customers resulting in analytic programs helping customers map priorities and strategies over 2-3 year durations.

    A strong team player, leader by example, and inspiring others towards shared goals. Sharon is driven by a personal passion for excellence, professional loyalty, and a desire to innovate beyond industry best practices.

    Sharon is very homely and family-oriented. She loves football, horse riding, cooking, and being near the water.

    Srikanth
    Customer Success

    Srikanth has close to 22 years of IT experience in Delivering to Top Fortune 500 US Customers bringing a Data-Driven approach. Under his leadership, he was able to gain “Trusted Partner” status with his customers.

    Srikanth is passionate about Data Analytics, completing two executive programs with Great Learning – PGP in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence and a “Deep Learning Certificate Program”
