A leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company in India deployed QlikView Business Discovery platform to gain insights from their customer data.

The company wanted to analyse data from its CRM and report to its customer on specific KPI’s.

GainInsights developed and deployed a BI solution to help them gain insights into: service and support KPIs such as days to close and real time updates, repairs tracking, spare parts services, and SLA measurement.

GainInsights developed the solution using QlikView Business Discovery platform to provide the company management an integrated view of data from CRM, billing and attendance systems. The user-level interaction allowed rapid data drill-down on productivity metrics.
