Corporate Social Responsibility
At GainInsights, we have always been committed to the holistic development of our employees and the community. We believe that collective wellbeing can be achieved by empowering employees to contribute to society, nurturing a healthy environment for children and enable learning in technology and related fields. Our efforts have also been directed at creating awareness, enabling tech interventions and monetary contributions during contingency situations.
Periodic 'Health and wellness awareness' sessions were conducted for all the employees during COVID 19.
Maitri raised funds from the employees to provide essentials for the underprivileged and organize nutrition drive for children.
Maitri collaborated with NGO Goonj's Rahat initiative towards COVID-19 efforts and helped providing 60 families with groceries.
Gubbachi is an NGO with a mission to create positive, meaningful learning experiences for marginalized children and enable them to break the cycle of poverty through education. Education initiatives were largely stalled and affected due to the nationwide lockdowns and nutrition for these migrant underprivileged children became a priority.
GainInsights conducts periodic sessions in collaboration with internal employees, wellness companies and health tech start up's like Amura.ai, Emedlife Insurance and hospitals like Apollo & Cloudnine to promote employee wellbeing.
Maitri has been channelling efforts towards curating virtual wellness sessions on a monthly basis to keep our employees healthy, motivated and engaged.
